What we NEED is some 'default' plan, something
that WILL kick-in should the legislature freeze
up, to keep the Main Shit working.

The "main shit" includes Defense, Medicare/SS,
some MedicAid stuff, maybe a dozen other pgms
that Americans NEED, promptly and reliably,
to LIVE.

Money for tranny graffiti artists ... we can do
without that for awhile - nobody dies, money
isn't lost.

So, PRIORITY, some "continuing plan" that gets
PAST the usual budget disputes. This keeps The
People served no matter WHAT ideological idiocies
are happening with the Parties. Money for the MAIN,
hyper-important, shit CONTINUES regardless. The
petty politics only affects the LITTLE SHIT.

This shit HAS become a Major Thing over the past
decade or so. Party support is almost exactly
50/50 and "statesmanship" is an antique term ...
which means "freeze-ups" have become MUCH too
common and DAMAGING.

It's a mean mean world these days. Can't HAVE
this crap ! Keep the USA *running* ! Debate
