days.

SOME kiddie rapists/killers get it in the back
while IN prison ... but not enough.

Such perps have to REALLY understand they'll suffer
a horrible fate - THEN there can be a change.

Unrestrained ... people can/will do HORRIBLE
things. This seems ingrained in the species.
Only FEAR works against them. Used to be
"Fear-o-Gawd" but that's not such a thing
