    a week ago - some flavor of cardiac arrest.

    Shit like this happens.

    Nobody, even govt, seems to be able to get a
    solid report on his condition.

    However it's been a good week - no news
    is BAD news.

    Dems don't love him, GOP doesn't love him -
    he's been a sort-of centrist deal-making
    "statesman" pol.

    We need a lot more 'statesmen' these days.
