Old age is catching up with him as it does with most people but
he is still mostly on point.

This Communist movement which is gaining traction is IMHO more of a
threat to the Democrats than the Republicans though which is why the Democrats are all over the media in damage control mode.

    It isn't Democrats in damage
    control mode, desperately purging
    voter rolls and vigorously trying
    to control elections.

    Republicans are quietly trying to
    disenfranchise millions of voters

Um ... does seem to be 'drifting' now - but still
realized who the Real Enemy is. Too late.

This Communist movement which is gaining traction is IMHO more of a
threat to the Democrats than the Republicans though which is why the Democrats
are all over the media in damage control mode.

They're a threat to far more than just the DNC ...

You only need maybe ONE percent rad revolutionaries
to overthrow a country. They're loud, threatening
and to many *compelling*. Few dare stand in their
    way regardless - too scary.

Besides ... It'll All Be OK ... as said all the German
Jews back in the day ... why risk doing anything ?

Now, in retrospect, we saw much the same during the 60s.
Even had the Weathermen and SLA and Black Panthers as
the bomb-throwers. Basically the same Marxist slogans
and idiot 'solutions' - same little red book.

But TWO important differences. First, was the "Peace
    And Love" subculture - the hippie-dippies weren't
into head-chopping. Second was the so-called "Silent
Majority" ... a large centrist segment that was not
into letting rads derail the Gravy Train.

Those checks and balances barely exist now. The lefts
Divide-And-Conquer squad has done its work well and
nobody bothered to intervene worth a damn.

What communist movement are you talking about?

Communist, socialist, Marxist, call it what you like as the terms have
all kind of blended together from the classic definitions of each.

Look at NYC for example, but it's not alone in this respect.
Mamdani, a Muslim winning a mayoral election after 9-11?

The people who swore they would never forget have forgotten.

And recently far left self proclaimed socialists some by their previous statements and posts hate America, hate Jews, hate Israel and so forth
won elections where in some cases they unseated incumbents which is very
    rare.
In NYC which currently has the largest Jewish population in the world
outside of Israel this is very dangerous considering the antisemitism
    going on in NYC.

And this is happening all over the US as the leftist movement is spreading
    like wildfire.

The reason I say this damages the democrats more than the republicans is
    as follows.
The far left socialists have gotten smart and have a new tactic.

They realize that history shows that third parties fail to gain any traction with examples like libertarians, green party and so forth so they have abandoned that method to push their agenda.

Instead, what they are doing is taking over the traditional democrat party
like parasites and the goal is to turn it far left socialist.
The DSA is behind this and is being backed by some really big money.

This is the key to what is happening across the US.

And their platform is equally insidious. Basically it's free stuff for all, screw the rich and their power and instead giving the power back to the
    people.
And the issues they promote like healthcare, education, taxes, rent, etc are most definitely major problems.
And they are not only attracting democrat, left leaning followers, they
are attracting some conservatives and independents as well.
    Who doesn't want free stuff?
    Low cost healthcare?
    Reasonable rents?
    Food pricing?
The list is endless and it all sounds like rainbows and ice cream.

I certainly would like at least some of the above.
    Who wouldn't?

The problem is that the rubes fail to understand that nothing in life is
free. Someone, somewhere, somehow has to pay for all of this free stuff.

Additionally, what are these rubes giving up?
    Freedom is a big one.
Ask any person who has lived in a country run by socialism what they think
and they will give you an earful of negatives.

And lastly, the traditional democrats were all over the Sunday talk
shows acting in panic mode because they know that it's going to
be very difficult to regain control of their party as this movement
    spreads, and it will.
