An explosive meeting in the Senate turned into a win for
President Donald Trump and his administration as key
Republicans flipped on another bid to handcuff the
    administrationrCOs authorities in Iran.

In its final act before leaving Washington, D.C., for an
over two-week break, the Senate rejected DemocratsrCO attempt
to rein in TrumprCOs war powers in Iran as talks continue
between Iran and the U.S. to hammer out a long-term peace deal.

It was the same war powers resolution from Sen. Tim Kaine,
D-Va., that passed over a month ago and stunned Republicans
    in the upper chamber.

    . . .

"A house divided against itself ..." THIS is what
our SERIOUS enemies are counting on, encouraging.
A weak USA is exactly what they want so they can
    over-run and enslave the world.

Every time one of those nasty "(un)democratic socialists"
speaks you're hearing the ayatollahs, Xi, Putin, Kim,
    murderous jihadist fanatics.

I *hope* Trump did more than "threaten" - but told them
some horrible true facts about how "They" think and do
    and what they're up to.

Iran BADLY wanted nuclear weapons - dedicated huge
industry towards it. On top of Chinese missiles they
could hit anywhere any time. At minimum I expect Iran
already had a fair amount of 90+ uranium, maybe some
plutonium. Best bet they'd built all the parts, but
refrained from putting them together due to the old,
now dead, Ayatollah (and maybe some other factors).
FAIR bet, they HAVE a handful of nukes now - just
can't figure out a RELIABLE delivery method.

It'd be Tel Aviv, NYC, Chicago, LA, maybe at least
one big Euro capital. They just have to get the
bombs there. FedEx ??? Dope smugglers ??? Indonesian
cargo ship ??? Add some 'dirty' components and the
    damage would be tenfold.

    And that's how it is.

If our "Big Three" US cities were blasted, what effect
would that have on the USA as a whole ? It'd be pretty
damned BAD. Don't HAVE to blow up everyplace, just a
few KEY places, social/economic hubs. Then ROT sets in.

And, of course, the lefties would Blame Trump :-)

A single portable-restroom contractor, named Doodie Calls, was paid
more than $92 million to manage the roughly 45,000 gallons of
wastewater the camp produced every day. Other line items ranged from
$39,000 for staff pillows to nearly $170,000 for wide-brimmed "boonie
    hats." <https://www.facebook.com/lakeokeechobeenews/posts/a-single-portable-restroom-contractor-named-doodie-calls-was-paid-more-than-92-m/1854924269066520/>
