    60 Minutes has been irrelevant for years as other news mediums are taking
    over.
    The new executives at CBS are trying to save it but at this point it's
    circling the drain.

    60 Minutes has been irrelevant for years as other news mediums are taking over.

    By reports, Pelley asserted that HE is the Most Important
    Person in 'news' - his tilt is Truth.

    And five minutes later they fired his pompous ass.

    The new executives at CBS are trying to save it but at this point it's circling the drain.

    Don't think it can, or should, be saved. Micro-casters
    are now The News to a considerable degree. Admittedly
    they don't have the resources of CBS to investigate,
    meaning a higher level of uninformed OPINION that really
    doesn't qualify as The News.
