The United States is reportedly planning to indict former
Cuban President Raul Castro in connection with the downing
    of planes 30 years ago.

The potential indictment - which would need to be approved by
a grand jury - is expected to focus on Cuba's deadly 1996
shootdown of planes operated by the humanitarian group Brothers
to the Rescue, CBS News reports.

    . . .

Awww ... come ON now ! This guy is now about as
senile as Biden. Just let it go and move on.

As for "Brothers" - they did de-facto invasions
from a hostile foreign country. We'd have shot
down the same - most any country would. What if
Nicaragua sent in "Komrades To The Rescue" planes
into the USA to save us from Godful Kapitalism" ?

Cuba has been in steep decline for many years.
It was living mostly on Russian donations - but
those ran out. The infrastructure is shot, the
fire has long gone out of the revolution, they
now lack the ability to exploit even their own
natural resources. The usual "free money"
commie-socialist bullshit ... ONLY works when
you have someone else's money to steal. A good
    object lesson for the world.
