My brother was a victim of the Medical Industrial Complex,
and it ruined and then killed him. Lots of docs all out to
make his life "better". Procedures and pills, and procedures
and pills to fix the procedures and pills on and on ... died
an everything addict, a near brain-dead zombie. I've seen
lots of similar incidents.
Of course most docs suddenly lost interest once the
insurance ran out - dumped him on the foreign docs
who knew how to scam Medicare/Disability and such.
My docs wonder why I don't buy med insurance ... THIS
is why. If they can scam a dollar they WILL. There's
ALWAYS "something wrong with you" that they'll insist
on "fixing" to "make your life better" .......
Explained my philosophy/experiences to one doc - he DIDN'T
like it at all because he KNEW it was all true.
Oh ... when my mother finally had to go to a nursing
home (WAY up in age, and she'd dumped her 'helpful'
docs) I'd see all the 95+ set get their tray full
of little paper cups full of expensive pills two
or three times a day. The pills weren't doing SHIT
for them ... but somebody was making a big profit.
