American passports will include a portrait of President Donald
    Trump, it has been announced.

The limited-edition passports will feature a large picture of
Trump's face sitting directly in the middle of the Declaration
    of Independence.

The commander-in-chief's gold signature is seen below his image
and above large text that reads 'United States of America.'

The new design is part of the Trump administration's
'America250' celebration, which will commemorate the 250th
anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence
    on July 4, 2026.

The passport is set to be released this summer, and only a
'limited number' of them will be available, State
    Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott said.

It will be a default document for people who apply for a
passport at the Washington DC passport office, with 25,000
to 30,000 available to applicants beginning right before
    the holiday.

Those who want a standard passport will be allowed to get one
by applying online or outside Washington DC, according to
    officials.

    . . .

    Heh heh ... ever the self-promoter :-)

Why aren't there any Trump silver dollar coins ???

(ok, they'd have to be like $10 coins these inflated days)

How many remember silver quarters ? A very different
sound if you jingled a few.

A $1000 Trump gold piece ? Hope you don't have any
    holes in yer pocket.

In any case, Trump is going to put his name and face
on SO many things that he will become immortalized
    like the pharaohs :-)

Hmmm ... have someone paint a pic of Trump showing
his ass on the Oval Office wall - then paint over
it so it won't be discovered for 100 years. A big
    surprise for someone ! :-)

History, some of the bricks made for Sumerian
edifices had the king's name writ on them ...
    out of sight. A self-promotion stunt with a 5000
    year lifetime.
