• How To Make Voting Work WITHOUT "Districts" ???

Gerrymandering has been around almost since the
dawn of the republic. It's not a good thing.

Alas we also have the problem of The People getting
true 'representation' - usually involving some very
local rep who knows the voter base/economics/realities.

"One Big District" - the farmers would get some well
financed city-slicker as their 'rep'. "Lots of Districts"
and we get Gerrymandering wars and the voters still may
    not get proper representation.

    It's a problem.

The city slickers, business, ARE important. The
    farmers, food/money, are also important.

So WHAT ??? "Equal pop ?", "Equal economic picture" ?
The 'right' religion or color or shoe size ???
