However, "The Irish Times" dated September 23rd, 2026 reports that ICC
Judge Nicholas Guillou visited the Law Society in Dublin in Ireland on September 22nd, 2026 and said:
"If our choice is that we would prefer to avoid a couple of per cent
of tariffs versus being committed to fighting genocide, crimes against
humanity and war crimes, then there is no European project."
