    The Ming Tang (Bright Hall):

In internal alchemy, the Ming Tang is
a vital chamber within the upper Dantian (located
in the head/cranium area). It is viewed as a center
of spiritual illumination and cosmic connection.

Focusing energy here allows a person to rise
    above the noisy, analytical dualities
of the lower mind, preparing the spirit
    for ultimate freedom.

LaozirCOs warning in chapter 48 of the Dao De Jing:
"In the pursuit of knowledge, every day something is added.
In the practice of the Dao, every day something is dropped."

Accumulating rigid definitions and moral lists
creates a psychological "etch" or an itch
that can never be satisfied by scratching it
    with more logic.

<< In the Zhuangzi, the theme of rCLinner freedomrCY receives
more emphasis compared to the Daode jing: freedom from social rules,
from ingrained patterns of thought, from rCLessentialismrCY (the belief

    and from conventional rCLself-identityrCY. >>

rCLAs for the rules of cultivating life:
Can you embrace the One? Can you avoid losing it?
Can you know good and bad fortune without divination?
Can you know when to stop? Can you know when to leave things alone?
Can you look past what others do and seek it within yourself?rCY

    The Meaning in Zhuangzi:
Zhuangzi uses LaozirCOs voice to argue that a person who is
perfectly aligned with the Dao (the natural way) achieves
an intuitive clarity. If your mind is clear, tranquil,
and untroubled by external desires, you do not need
to burn tortoise shells or throw yarrow stalks to
predict outcomes. You naturally discern what actions
align with cosmic harmony and will therefore
    bring good fortune.

Good and Bad once upon a time walked
into a bar and Bad didn't see it in time.
As for Good, it was easy to observe how and why.

Good was known to walk like a duck.
Some said Good was a quack.

Leaning toward Good was Middle who
didn't often meddle in duality. Middle said,
an other round sounds about rite and so
the three of them did have more than
    only one at that time.

    - Cheers!
