The Old Testament of the bible is a back-dated hoax!

CAMELS!

The bible doesn't just require the presence
of Camels, it requires that they were a
measure of wealth, a possession which bestowed
status on it's owner. The story of Abraham has
the Pharaoh giving him camels, and the context
makes clear that these are lavish gifts. But
this culture did not exist in Egypt and the
Levant until the Persian conquest. The stories
could not possible date to that time, as the writers
would have known that the camels had only
recently arrived if they were living back
then. No, the writers had to live so long
after the fact that there was no cultural
memory of a time when camels weren't present.

According to the bible, if taken seriously,
Abraham entered Egypt sometime around 4,000 years
ago. Problem is that Abraham, the culture he
depicted, the culture inside of Egypt his story
depicts, could not have existed until maybe AFTER
600 BC(e).

Camels aren't native to the region. And in the
entire region -- Egypt, up through the Levant &
on into Anatolia -- there's maybe six examples of
anything "Camel" found over a span of THOUSANDS
of years!

I've got to tell you, some of this evidence is
exceptionally weak! Maybe it's a depiction of
a camel, maybe it's a dog... a goat... donkey.

...the bible as the king of Egypt treating
camels as a symbol of status & wealth, gifting
them to Abraham. But this is impossible. Again,
it wouldn't have been until AFTER 600 BC(E), the
Babylonian conquest, the Nabataeans traders, when
camels entered the culture!

Abraham had to be written from 1,400 years AFTER
the time attributed to him!

You're SO certain! Camels were rare in Egypt
at that time, but they did exist. There is
archaeological evidence of that fact. Google
it.

Tell me about this research you're pretending to
have done.

You couldn't even read the post in front of your
own eyes, and you want to pretend you did actual
"Research."

There's like 6 "Finds" claimed as "Evidence" for
the presence of camels OVER A PERIOD OF THOUSANDS
OF YEARS! And they're spread far & wide, as far
away as Anatolia! That's pretty strong proof
that they were absent, and NOT evidence that they
had entered the culture, they were a symbol of
status & wealth, something owned in numbers by
egyptian pharaohs, something bestowed as gifts in
order to show great favor...

Nope.


The bible, the story of Abraham had to be written
AFTER 600 BC(e).

IT'S A FRAUD!

The bible was written so recently that the culture
never knew a time when camels were not ubiquitous.
The bible was written so recently they had lost all
memory, even cultural memory of the arrival of the
camels!
