Is this a bug or what? The File Manager or whatever it is called is missing "Other Locations" as shown in this image and high-lighted with a red text.

How can one navigate to other folders? I know I can do it in terminal but some of us still prefers files GUI version.
I have checked in 24.04 and it is there so why did they remove it in 26.04?

As other have said it's a design choice. Simple fix is:
1) CRTL+L to show full path in location bar
2) type "/" to g to root
3) CTRL+D to create a bookmark.
4) Right-click on the new bookmark "/" below Downloads and rename "Computer"
Now you have a bookmark to your computer's root
