  • plasma-6 windows shade/no-shade

    Ever since it bacame available my favorite title-bar action has been
    shading {roll up/down} on double-click. Plasma-6 still does it OK on my desktop but not on my t480 laptop where it leaves not only the title-bar
    but also a flashing frame.

    seems to have ben fixed except on my t480 laptop where for some reason
    the window title-bar and the window frame do not shade
