I have rpm-4.14-3-150400.59.3.1.x86_64 under Leap 15.3
(L 15.3 is not supported)
TW went to rpm 4.19, and is preparing for 4.20 about September.
The post with this information mentioned a problem it user().
-a-a "It is just a few days ago that Factory was updated to RPM
-a-a 4.19 (and we are still missing a few fixes for packages
-a-a requiring user() symbols and not providing them)"
Those that are using TW should read the factory mail list, and be
prepared to report problems in bugzilla.
