TW went to rpm 4.19, and is preparing for 4.20 about September.

The post with this information mentioned a problem it user().

"It is just a few days ago that Factory was updated to RPM
4.19 (and we are still missing a few fixes for packages
requiring user() symbols and not providing them)"

Those that are using TW should read the factory mail list, and be
prepared to report problems in bugzilla.

(Just back from a long weekend away)
Why did I write 15.3? I have the current level which is 15.5.
