the administrator mode is root ! root is the word to say " i'm in admin
    mode "

so sometime u could see root in the terminal linux.

can i to be root sometime if i'm in user mode ? YES.

open the terminal...for example to decompress deb parkage use :

    sudo dpkg -i *.deb

so the word sudo , say do that in root mode juste this time...so all restriction are stopped !

dpkg is a tool to decompress deb package...

with the star * it saying all deb in the folder, will decompress and put
in the good place in the OS to install the software...

it is a manual way ! because a automatique way with the terminal to
    install a software...sometimes i don't like...
