Jorie Butler Kent, daughter of Paul Butler, died at age 95.

Paul Butler famously bought massive amounts of farm land surrounding two intersecting tollways in the western suburbs of Chicago. He incorporated
the suburb of Oak Brook. He held the massive land as a polo club which,
at its largest extent, had more than a dozen fields and stables for 400
horses. Now, the vast land holdings of the polo club were truly land speculation and the club allowed the land to be held with a minimal
property tax bill. There were mega developments like Oak Brook Center
shopping center, which was surrounded by offices. These were built on
    former club land.

She managed the Club, was a champion equestrian, and expert horse
breeder. It's one of the world's most expensive hobbies, so you have to
be that rich. She was also a prominent conservationist.
