resident.
Doublequotes are correct around "Star Trek" and "Hawaii Five-O",
but not really needed for disambiguation.

Perhaps you have a disambiguation point about Dallas, but I tend to skip double quotes as they look wrong for titles. The typical style is
italic, impractical in plain text writing. It's double quotes for
episode names, article names, songs on an album, for a constituent part
but not the containing item being named.
If I wanted to emphasize the disambiguation, I would have referred to
Dallas as a tv series.
The other semantic point is that an actor playing a recurring role is
not a star, sigh.
