    Hey Peter,
I know you posted this in 2005 and replied back only once. I am writing this in 2022 which may or may not help you. Thanks to your question and the fantastic people on this group who provided excellent suggestions, I got that song which I was looking for over 25 years. Hear me out... In 1996 I happen to watch a BBC Top Gear episode by chance. In that particular episode, the host Jeremy Clarkson was talking about the Lamborghini, Ferrari F355 and other super cars of that era. In that episode the background music was '... shine your light on me... ' a brilliant selection for that episode. It turns out that the song was by Roxette - Love is All (Shine Your Light on Me) which was released in 1994. Today I heard this song after so very long. Thanks to you Peter and to all the wonderful people here, especially rocke...@gmail.com and Mack A. Damia - you guys are awesome! Have a fantastic day ahead. Bye :)
    Sharath

Try "The Graingers" title of the song is "Shine Your Light". I was looking for it for years also, it really does have a rather catchy beat, sound, and was one of my favorite skating songs when I was a teenager. I hope this helps you in your quest! Yep, yep :-)
