The correct name is: Hinky Dinky Parlay VooNope. Alex Eggert is right - the title is "Mademoiselle from Armenti|?res (Armenti|?res March)" and it was written by Norman F. Nicholson. Here are the lyrics that are credited to Nicholson. There have probably been *many* variations since.
