The Plan is to replace the domestic soldiers in the
military with (dependent) "Mexicans" - basically
mercenaries who will do the ultra-leftist bidding.
As such, domestic soldiers/ex-soldiers are considered
to be "the enemy" - roadblocks.

Sorry, but this really seems to be the aim. They
will offer foreigners citizenship/benefits in
return for military service. On the surface it
will seem "reasonable", but there IS an agenda ...

Bona-fide American citizens - like citizens in many
countries - no longer see military service as anything
good or useful. Everyone expects "drones" to do all
the hard/bloody work even though "drones" aren't nearly
good enough. Recruitment levels are dangerously low.
This means "other sources" are required.

However those "other sources" are going to be a
less-than-loyal/encultured force that can be
easily manipulated with cheap promises.

The WokieComs are rapidly falling out of favor.
They seriously over-did it, alienated almost
everybody. This is one of their last gasps
at maintaining power.

Non-citizens need to be barred from military
service - at least for the next decade or so.
Yes, it's kinda nasty - but there are larger
things involved here.

Oh, and DO improve those "drones" - like
REALLY fast. Steal Chinese tech as needed ...
