James Comey, once again, is fittingly facing legal troubles, but at the
moment, Letitia James is off the hook. She should not be celebrating,
as, hopefully, the DOJ could keep filing charges rCo she is guilty on so
many fronts.

For many on the Right, delays against people like Letitia James are all
but expected. The anti-Trump cohorts have been above the law for far too
long, stretching back for the past decade. September 2018, in
particular, was a troublesome time, considering the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

Two months after the hearings, in November 2018, an investigation by the
Senate Judiciary Committee revealed that every single allegation made
against Brett Kavanaugh, including those by star witness Christine
Blasey Ford, lacked credibility and, largely, were demonstrably false.
The Judiciary Committee offered the evidence in a 414-page report
submitted to Congress. And presto! Nothing happened.

In early 2021, Senator Chuck Grassley, the former Senate Judiciary
Committee chairperson who presided over the hearings, sought to know why
those individuals who had perjured themselves still had not been
prosecuted.

The Wheels of Justice, Stuck in the Mud

Grassley said the allegations against Justice Kavanaugh were bogus.

Today, nearly eight years after the Kavanaugh hearings, we all still
would like to know why no prosecutions have occurred, amidst other
compelling concerns.

The Russiagate criminals, also at the top of the heap, need to serve
time in prison. Andrew McCabe, who was dismissed at the FBI for lack of
candor and a bevy of other infractions, must come clean. James Clapper
lied to Congress, and then lied about his lie, claiming that he was
confused. He should be spending time in a federal penitentiary.

John Brennan knowingly conspired with Barack Obama and Joe Biden in the
White House when he presented information showing that Hillary Clinton
had purchased a phony dossier to employ to damage Donald Trump. Brennan, perhaps the greatest criminal director of the CIA, needs to spend time
in prison.

Barack Obama, the kingpin of American political criminals, needs to
spend time in prison. He completed his third term as president in
January 2025, thanks to his ability to whip around Joe Biden. Obama's undermining of Trump before leaving office, his weaponization of federal agencies, and his years of serious treasonous activities to thwart the
Trump Administration all require that he serve hard time in a federal penitentiary.

Of all the people populating the Obama Administration, Eric Holder, the
first attorney general to be held in contempt of Congress and whose
criminality in terms of allowing Black Panther intimidation in
Philadelphia and a variety of other egregious acts, needs to be behind
bars.

Lois Lerner at the IRS in 2012, who quashed the Tea Party movement by unlawfully using the power of her office to harass, intimidate, and
thwart Tea Party members, needs to serve time. She's been on the public
dole for the last 14 years, receiving a healthy pension and enjoying her retirement from rCypublic service.'

Hillary Clinton, before Congress, must address the issue of the 31,830
women will spend six to 12 months in a federal penitentiary for deleting
even one email.

All of Hillary Clinton's corrupt staff must face justice. John Podesta,
whose crimes are well-documented, belongs in a federal penitentiary.
Huma Abedin, whose obfuscation and manipulations for Hillary Clinton
deserve scrutiny, must testify before Congress.

So Much More

All of the nefarious activities that went on to get Joe Biden rCyelected'
and all of the criminals and treasonous individuals who participated in
the fraud must be charged and tried, as must Hunter Biden and the entire
Biden crime family.

As 2020 election-related crimes are more fully exposed, the clamor from
the Right must necessarily be loud and long. Remember, the Left did
everything in its power to indict those on the Right for the slightest
of offenses, including process crimes, while wholesale ignoring its own treasonous activities.

The two-tiered justice system in our society must end, permanently, to
preserve our representative republic. Until justice is dispensed equally
under the law, regardless of party, the struggle before us remains
abundantly clear.
