*** UNBELIEVABLE *** This morning I stopped to fuel up and as I was
pulling up to the pump, I noticed that an RCMP (police) officer was in
the parking lot watching a woman who was smoking while pumping her gas.
I thought, this lady is either stupid, crazy, or both, especially with
the RCMP officer RIGHT there!
I minded my own business and went inside to pay for my super expensive
gas (thanks Iran!). As IrCOm paying, I heard a shrilling scream from
outside! The hairs on my neck went all tinkly and stood up! I looked
outside and I saw that this woman's arm was on fire! She was swinging
her arm and running around with a crazy look on her face!
By the time I got outside, the RCMP officer had the woman on the ground,
had put the fire out, had put her in handcuffs and shoved her in the
back of his patrol car.
I introduced myself as a former police officer and I asked, "Arrested? ShouldnrCOt she be in an ambulance for a mental evaluation?" (Of course,
law enforcement up in here Canada is a little different from where I
served as a police officer in California). He just shook his head.
I pressed further and asked him, rCLWhat is she being arrested for?rCY
He looked at me, dead serious, and said, "WAVING A FIRE ARM!rCY

week last week and just couldn't resist sharing this. Feel free to share
