YUMA, Ariz. u Yuma police have arrested a Customs and Border Patrol agent
on suspicion of sexually abusing a minor.
Last week, the Yuma Police Department was contacted by U.S. Customs and
Border Protection about inappropriate behavior involving one of their
agents.
Officers subsequently learned that Ramon Marquez, 31, had allegedly
abused a 16-year-old girl, police said.
Marquez was arrested on May 5 in Wellton and booked on multiple felony offenses. The case remains under investigation and anyone with
information is encouraged to contact Yuma PD at 928-373-4767 or 78-Crime
