I am asking this because honestly I do not know please don't come
after me. Since King County Public Health is distributing foil, other paraphernalia and especially needles what are their processes for making
sure that it gets disposed of properly as not to endanger others?

Janine Zimmerman they don't have a plan for that. In fact the city is attacking the volunteer group that is cleaning up the foil and needles.

OMG !! I would love to hear you ask the mayor and city council that
    question ! Good one !

Janine Zimmerman they don't give a rats a... Needles are everywhere. I
have run across them many times in Everett. I can only imagine how it is
in Seattle, I used to go to a Doctor in Seattle that I loved but I found
    one in the opposite direction.

Janine Zimmerman they have no process. The group who is trying to clean
up after them(We Heart Seattle run by Andrea Suarez) is being attacked
by the Seattle city government and State of Washington Department of
Labor and Industries for trying to make things better.

Janine Zimmerman right now in Renton wa, people are speaking out saying
that wanting to clean up homeless camps and ban them from city spaces
like parks, is taking away their home EfOa

Janine Zimmerman They do not have a plan. Actually they had a volunteer
crew going around and cleaning up the parks for the children.
The city of Seattle just opened a lawsuit against them. For not having
permits to pick up dangerous hypodermic needles.
    (The irony right)
But this is Seattle. Well most of Western Washington is included in that.
I moved out of that area about 6 years ago because of this exact reason.
You cannot go anywhere without tripping over hypodermic needles. They
    are everywhere.
If you take your kid to the park. you need to comb through the play area because there are needles in the bark and sand.
Washington used to be one of the nicest places. Beautiful scenery.
And it has been destroyed by ineffective leader selection by their
    general population.
This is what you get when you put one party in power for decades.
The leadership can do whatever they want to because they know that
they're not going to get voted out.
They can literally cut somebody's head off. And if they're a Democrat
they will still get elected. Kind of sad.
