Job Description:
rCo Responsible for designing and configuring solutions in the ServiceNow ITBM and will be responsible for driving the overall implementation.
rCo Develop projects involving ITBM Applications, PPM, Service Catalog Management, Configuration Management and automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator
rCo Identify system deficiencies and recommends solutions continual service improvements
rCo Experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., IRM, ITBM, ITSM, etc.).
rCo Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills.
rCo Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
rCo ServiceNow Certified Application Developer a plus.
