Job Description:
rCo Should be taking up the role of an ERP Consultant with knowledge of at least one end-to-end process lifecycle i.e. order-to-cash, hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay etc.
rCo Should have knowledge on Finance & Accounting modules/processes
rCo Able to understand & evaluate the business requirements and translate them into a meaningful functional and technical requirement document that serve as a guiding document for both business and technology/IT team for ERP selection & implementation
rCo Should be working on ERP Strategy assignment for:
o ERP process standardization
o Selection of best-fit ERP
o ERP Separation / Consolidation
o ERP Strategy for M&A scenarios
rCo Bringing structure to client problems & problem solving
rCo Develop / customize solutions relevant to client
rCo Create Business Case and Cost Benefit Analysis
rCo Capable of overseeing and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc
rCo Capable of envisioning and preparing Roadmap for implementing ERP systems and roll out plans
rCo Create presentation material to support recommendations to Executive management, Board of Directors, and wider stakeholder groups
rCo Exposure to multiple ERP products in market (Preferable)
