    JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
    LOCATION: Remote
    DURATION: 18 MONTHS
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    rCo Performs complex design analysis, researches alternative approaches, and performs cost/benefit/risk analysis.
    rCo Performs highest level of analysis and acts as a consultant for other Systems Analysts.
    rCo Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including scenario and test case generation, end-user testing logistics, testing execution, bug triage, etc.
    rCo Provide accurate and timely responses to technical escalations: troubleshoot issues, manage escalations to engineering team and offering alternative solutions to users as required.
    rCo Ensures appropriate implementation of methodology.
    rCo Teams meeting and interactive from that task will be completed from the project plans
    rCo Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills required. rCo Must be able to communicate effectively.
    rCo Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required. rCo Provides input to Program Managers.
    rCo Strong knowledge of Microsoft products required; specifically Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Visio, Excel.
    rCo Needs a self-starter and someone who can hit the ground running
    rCo Would like someone that has worked at MSFT in the past
    rCo Azure DevOps REQUIRED- Create Test Script in Azure DevOps and run a UAT***
    rCo MSFT Office products- O365 process flows
    rCo Experience with Teams- running meetings
