probably build two: one for woodworking and another for metal.

In the past you've made it sound like your husband
can barely wipe his own ass due to his physical condition.

No boat?White Castle generates $720.6 million annually. McDonald's does
that in 2 days.
White Castle pioneered fast food in 1921: standardized operations, assembly-line kitchens, the works. They have 345 stores today.
McDonald's started 19 years later and has 39,000+ locations.
The gap reveals what happens when you choose control over scale.
They've never franchised. Every location is company-owned and
operated. When McDonald's embraced franchising in the 1950s, they
exploded from a regional chain to a national powerhouse within a
decade.
White Castle stayed regional.
The structural differences show:
rCo Only about 30% of White Castle locations have drive-thrus
rCo Drive-thru accounts for 70%+ of sales at most major burger chains
rCo White Castle operates at a fundamental disadvantage in today's
market
Is bigger better? Probably more ego driven than anything else.
White Castle is making money, employing people, making customers
happy. Good for them.
Last week there was a lottery winner for a billion dollar prize.
Sounds fantastic, glad I didn't win it. Would have been a lot of
work, that is a full time job giving it away.
If I was 30, I'd think differently, but now, suddenly, to have
millions would not change me much. Maybe a Lamborghini, but no
mansion.

No boat?I wouldn't want a boat either, but I would spring for the nicest
cabin on the QM2.

Had one, been around them over the years with friends that also had
them. A lot of work for the actual time on the water. Easier to rent
as desired.
Buy a stack of $500 gift cards at Publix, then walk through the store
and randomly give them to people shopping, quickly, and move on
before they know what they have.
Maybe you could have more fun if you acted like Peter Seller's
character in The Magic Christian.
