    I asked ChatGTP the following question:

    Q: is there a particular cuss word that works best
    on cheat grass? Disregard, I am teasing you.

    A: If there is, the cheatgrass has probably evolved immunity
    to it by now.

    My understanding is that the most effective protocol is:

    1) Spot cheatgrass.

    2) Utter a carefully selected profanity.

    3) Pull cheatgrass.

    4) Discover three more plants hidden under the first one.

    5) Upgrade profanity.

    6) Repeat until sunset.

    Cheatgrass seems particularly good at triggering the "I got
    every last one" delusion, followed by the "where did
    those come from?" realization two weeks later.
