*repaired* not the whole thing replaced, just a portion got new
tiles. He could have had the whole roof replaced with a metal roof
mimicking clay tiles in the $20,000 range.

Metal wouldn't ply quite as nicely with brick craftsman as tile does,
but in every way it is a great product and on-site cut and fitted for >accuracy.
120K $for a partial roof is mental!
