• Markdown support added to N2Usenet

**N2Usenet** now includes a lightweight *Markdown editor* with
formatting controls and a preview of the final article.

Markdown remains optional and is posted as plain text.

This improvement complements the existing 72-character line wrapping and
the other measures designed to respect Usenet conventions and standards.

I hope you like it and find it useful.

*A small correction to my previous post:*

i initially described the new N2Usenet editor as a Markdown editor.
After testing it with actual newsreaders, i replaced Markdown with *traditional* /Usenet plain-text formatting/.

The editor now uses *bold*, /italic/, _underline_, > for quotations, and readable textual links.
Compatible newsreaders render these conventions, while all others still
    display clear plain text.

This approach is more appropriate for Usenet and complements the
existing 72-character line wrapping and other compatibility measures.

I hope you find it useful.
