From Newsgroup: alt.free.newsservers
This documentation is intended for NEW "news operators", for free usenet servers, the kind of material I wish IrCOd rCirCihad when I started out, back when my only resource was the Autistici website and its legendary
tutorial section for sysadmins.
Most of these notes were gathered from around the web, not all of them
are implemented on news.tcpreset.net.
Than,
*experiment with care*
;)
I undertake this work with the utmost humility and a genuine desire to
support collaborative Usenet usage for everyone.
Hope you like it!
