I think a separte list should be prepared for foreign language
newsgroups, by ISO country code maybe. The basic list should cover
english ones only.

Using Visual Foxpro, nearly 100 foreign newsgroups can be delisted,
including "uk.". :)

"Basic" is not the same as English.
A basic list should cover all languages.
What you propose is an English language list.

But because you delete "uk.", it's not even an English language list,
but only a "USA"- list?
