Yabbut; some people keep using old versions of OS & software which is compatible; eg your mid says .4ax which sounds like Forte Agent and for which the last Free Agent was 3.3 32 bit released '06 in the days of WinXP.
I still use a Win7 sometimes.
I have 2 Computer , Work fine on Both windows 10 and 11
