2018 Patrick Lambert Chinon VV
I was in the right place, but it must have been the wrong time. ThererCOs some blackberry fruit and earth, but this is a tightly wrapped wine that seems to me to really want to go back to bed and wake up in a few years. Perfectly fine with dinner, but I think this has real upside. B for now
No wine Monday with sauteed shrimp finished with a rCLCevicherCY sauce (lime, orange, shallot, cilantro)
