    You never needed the app to order the enchirito.

    Last time it was released you did. Or order on-line through the internet. They wouldn't make it for you if you order in store or drive-through.

    That was the whole part of the promotion, remeber? When people voted what item to return? taco bell said okay you asked for it, here's the enchirto, but you losers need to download the app now to get it.

    They didn't do that this time around,
