There is no single "official" global recipe for a
    hamburger,

    Nobady ever said thier was.

For major chains, ingredient decks are highly specific.

IOW, major chain's have an official list of ingredients.

For example, you can review the official breakdown for the
classic sandwich on the McDonald's Classic Hamburger

Which include's, for example, pickle's, making pickles an official
    ingredinent of the hamburger.

NO RESTIUNRAT has pine-nut's on thier official list, therefore pine nuts is NOT an official ingredient of the hamburger.

Thanks skeeter for your assitance in proving me right during this debate.

Even if it's nothing about Jerry, you have to make it about Jerry.

Thanks for FINALLY admitting there is no "official" list of hamburger ingredients.
