    It's a Taco Bell knockoff of a taco TB no longer offers. They still have
    the nacho cheese shells, but don't make the tacos in the style of this
    "kit." Like I wrote, the "cheese" packet went straight to the garbage,
    but the concept of an inner crispy corn shell--especially a nacho
    one--with a layer of cheese adhering it to an exterior flour tortilla
    was brilliant. I modified it by using real cheese.

    You know, if you want to make "cheese sauce," all you need to add to
    real cheese is heavy cream, though also adding sodium citrate makes it
    oh so creamy. I learned about sodium citrate right here, from Steve
    Wertz. I made Cheesy Spinach dip today with sodium citrate.
