McD's fries are OK, but Steak 'n Shake wins in that category. Thing is, while all fries are very perishable, SnS's are especially so, because they are thinner. Don't try to take them home. Eat in the parking lot.

Why does a thinner fry more perishable? I like Freddy's fry's, they are
VERY thin, probably about 1/2 the thin of mcdonalds. Very salty, very delicious. And, unlike mcdonald's, are always fresh.

Why does a thinner fry more perishable?

Is that sentence available in a language I know? It resembles
    English, but it clearly isn't.

    I like Freddy's fry's,

Your feeding your well proved NEED to lie, via spelling and an
    apostrophe, is acknowledged.

    they are
VERY thin, probably about 1/2 the thin

About + the thin? What does that mean?

    of mcdonalds.

Your feeding your well documented NEED to lie, via grammar, is acknowledged.

    Very salty, very
    delicious. And, unlike mcdonald's,

    Ibid.

    are always fresh.

And this has what, exactly, to do with Steak 'n Shake's fries? I
admit I fail to see the connection.

Whether you call them crispies, cracklins, crunchies, or just crumbs, any order of fried fish at Long John Silver's is going to come with them. They're those extra droppings of the fried batter Long John Silver's uses in all of their fried food dishes. If you normally disregard those crispies and toss them out when you finish your main meal, then you've been throwing away a secret menu item all these years.

These are just plain nasty grease-bombs.

I'm eating some crawfish etouffee. It doesn't taste anything like
seafood. That's pretty bizarre. Next time I make it from chicken or
    shrimp.

Cajun foods are like that, roux and holy trinity prevail over a lot of
    other flavors.

    Don't eat fast food.

+1 ...but Frankenfood still is tasty...

It does taste good in most cases.

McD's fries are OK, but Steak 'n Shake wins in that category.
Thing is, while all fries are very perishable, SnS's are
especially so, because they are thinner. Don't try to take them
home. Eat in the parking lot.

Why does a thinner fry more perishable? I like Freddy's fry's,
they are VERY thin, probably about 1/2 the thin of mcdonalds.
Very salty, very delicious. And, unlike mcdonald's, are always
    fresh.

    +1 for Freddy's, yay!

My granddaughter gave me some of her fries the other day. It tasted
like it was fried in fish fry oil. That was pretty bizarre.

Tis indeed. Was this at a joint with fried fish on the menu?

Cajun food seems to be similar to Local Style Plantation Cooking. It's like trying to make something from nothing.

    Yep.

African bushmeat stew comes to mind also.

Btw, what happened to the tariff rebate checks we were promised in July?

    Did anyone get one?

Looks like a buncha MOTS bullshit to me.

    "AI Overview
The proposed $2,000 tariff rebate checks
to American taxpayers never materialized because Congress never passed
them into law, and the underlying revenue pool was subsequently wiped
    out.

While the Trump administration floated the idea of distributing
tariff wealth directly to citizens, a landmark Supreme Court ruling
struck down the bulk of the administration's sweeping levies. Instead
of funding taxpayer dividends, the collected money is legally required
to be returned to the entities that officially paid them.

Who is Actually Getting the Money?

Importers of Record: The federal government
is legally obligated to return $166 billion in refunds plus interest to
the companies that originally paid the illegal duties.

    Corporate
Payouts: Major corporations are receiving the largest shares. According
to CNN reporting, recent payouts include an estimated $2.2 billion to
Apple, $600 million to Amazon, and $300 million to Nike.Everyday

Consumers: Everyday citizens are getting nothing back from the
government. Even though companies passed tariff costs onto consumers
through higher retail prices, the government only refunds the direct
    importers, not the end buyers."
