• MUST READ: NEW NAME CHANGE POLICY

    From Jerry Sauk@jerrysauk@hotmail.com to alt.food.fast-food on Tue May 26 13:01:16 2026
    From Newsgroup: alt.food.fast-food

Due to many issue's coused by people changing thier screen name's in this newsgroup, the following new policy will take affect, June 1 2026.

All people desiring to chnage thier screen name for use in this newsgroup will post a public announcement of the change, BEFORE they start using the
new name. The may make the announcment on the FIRST post with the new name
    if they want.

For people that used to post 20+ year's ago, who again start posting now
with a different screen name they used 20+ years ago, will hav e a 10 day grace period they may use, before the ten days are over they must either
stop using the ne name or announce that thier previous name was.

This policy is intended to make enjoyment of the newsgroup greater for EVERYONE. I realize there may be a inconvencince, especially for people trying to avoid the law, but if that is the issue may I suggest DON'T BREAK THE LAW.

NOTE: This policy is not intended to have any effect in any other newsgroup.

There is no new policy, or old policy for that matter.

All people desiring to chnage thier screen name for use in this newsgroup >will post a public announcement of the change, BEFORE they start using the >new name. The may make the announcment on the FIRST post with the new name >if they want.

CORRECTION: ANYONE can change their screen name ANY time they want to
    without ANY kind of notification.

For people that used to post 20+ year's ago, who again start posting now >with a different screen name they used 20+ years ago, will hav e a 10 day >grace period they may use, before the ten days are over they must either >stop using the ne name or announce that thier previous name was.

There is no grace period since there is no policy

This policy is intended to make enjoyment of the newsgroup greater for >EVERYONE. I realize there may be a inconvencince, especially for people >trying to avoid the law, but if that is the issue may I suggest DON'T BREAK >THE LAW.

    There is no such law.

NOTE: This policy is not intended to have any effect in any other newsgroup.

It doesn't even have an effect in this one.

I'm not aware of anyone in the group trying to avoid the law. I
think you're feeding your NEED to lie, but present your best evidence
that anyone is doing as you claim. Since you are feeding your well
proved NEED to lie, you will either run away from the challenge, or
    add more lies.
Either will be seen by me, MAYBE others, as you admitting your
mental illness forced you to lie. An admission you've made MANY times
    already.

It has NO effect on THIS newsgroup, either. None.
Please get the professional mental health care you again PROVE
