"We put healthy fast food swaps to the test to see if they're worth
it."
The general consensus seems to be, if you constantly eat fast food
like some people we know claim, switch to diet coke and stop eating
the high calorie stuff.
While almost certainly a lie, Jerry did claim she [1] spends $40
per visit, or $120 a day ($160 if she gets Fourth Meal), on fast food.
For the rest of America that *occasionally* enjoys fast food, eat
whatever you think tastes best.
For most, the regular options are fine. But if someone is on a
restricted calorie diet and wants fast food every so often, some of
the hacks suggested could help.
Some options, while actually being lower calorie, are so close to
the regular, it seems pointless.
[1] The name Jerry is a girl's name meaning "ruler with the spear or
sacred name".
