Skeeter have you ever personally entered the property?

I have until I realized what trash they were selling. The
fact is it is property "open" to the public.

Thank you for admitting it is public.

Where did I admit that liar.

If I could direct your eye's to 6 line's above where they are right
    now.

I said "Taco Bell is private property" Stop trying to lie.

Actually, if you look REAL CLOSELY, you said it is open to the PUBLIC.

It is but that doesn't make it public.

    It most certainly DOES.

Open to the public does not make it "public".

By VERY DEFINATION of the word PUBLIC, it is indeed PUBLIC.

It gives permission for the public to enter.

Which is exactyl what public property is.

Which also means they can deny permission.

Nope. The public can only be denied permission to enter PRIVATE property.

Not that it would matter. If someone wishes to buy fast food

should wish to buy $120 worth of Big Macs, complete with pickled pig
parts (souce) on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and store them in
the fridge, consuming them ON Thanksgiving, there is no issue.

That's an interesting point. Don Gorske famously does that. He buys
big-macs, and FREEZES them perosnally at home for emergency's and
    holiday's.

    What a loser.

Are these frozen Big Macs FAST FOOD, or not? Above, you seem to be
    saying
that YES a frozen big mac is fast-food.

So why the fuck isn't a frozen TURKEY fast food?

The big macs are already cooked.

I think you just lost the debate, kwills. Just be a man and admit it so
    we
can end it and move on.

So if I buy a frozen turkey at Walmart that is fast food?

    Walmart isn't a fast-food restounrat, so no it's not.

    It most certainly DOES.

Open to the public does not make it "public".

By VERY DEFINATION of the word PUBLIC, it is indeed PUBLIC.

Hey stupid. I can allow you to come into my home but that

Which also means they can deny permission.

Nope. The public can only be denied permission to enter PRIVATE property.

Like any fast food place. You have already been slapped

Just be a man and admit it so >> we

Wrong, as you usually are. The public is denied entry to Area 51,
    which is public property.

    Q. Is Area 51 private property, or public property?

    A. Area 51 is public property that is permanently withdrawn for
military use. While it is owned by the United States Federal
Government, it is strictly off-limits to the general public.

    Q. Is Nellis Air Force Base public property or private property?

    A. Nellis Air Force Base is public property, specifically owned and

    Air Force.

    Q. What is the difference between public property and private
property. Dumb down the answer so even Jenny Sauk can understand it

    A. Public property is owned by the government (federal, state, or

    By VERY DEFINATION

Your feeding your mental illness' demand that you LIE, via

of the word PUBLIC, it is indeed PUBLIC.

It's public ACCESS, as you know.

It gives permission for the public to enter.

    Which is exactyl

Your feeding your mental illness' demand that you LIE, via
    spelling, is acknowledged.

    what public property is.

    You KNOW it is not.

    PUBLIC PROPERTY
Public property refers to property owned by the government (or its
agency), rather than by a private individual or a company. It belongs
to the public at large. Examples include many parks, streets,
sidewalks, libraries, schools, playgrounds that are used regularly by
    the general public.
    https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/public_property

You may, if you wish, confirm via Black's Law Dictionary here: https://thelawdictionary.org/?s=Public+Property

Which also means they can deny permission.

Nope. The public can only be denied permission to enter PRIVATE property.

Since most restaurants are private property, they can deny
permission, as you've just admitted. Sure, your honesty was, and is,
in spite of yourself. But you just admitted that they can deny
    permission.

A frozen turkey, no matter where it is bought, is NOT fast food.
It takes a few day to thaw and a few hours to cook/heat up. You
    already KNOW this.
Not that it's classification matters. Serving and eating fast
food on Thanksgiving isn't the issue. If you wish to spend an extra
$120 on fast food on Wednesday, then eat it on Thanksgiving day, fine.
So long as the restaurant is CLOSED on Thanksgiving day, allowing
employees to spend time with family, no one is going to gripe.

I'm still wondering where the issue is. No one has claimed,
directly or through implication, that EATING fast food on Thanksgiving
should be banned. Only that fast food restaurants, indeed ALL
restaurants in the U.S, should be closed.
If someone wants to buy $120 worth of fast food on Wednesday to
eat on Thanksgiving day, fine. This would allow the restaurant to be
