It sounds like it will be the ORIGINAL original (i.e. without the
"Episode IV: A New Hope" sub-title and with Han shooting first ...
*BUT* it remains to be seen.

Likely "select" US cinemas only though.

Star Wars is getting a theatrical rerelease next year
    -----------------------------------------------------
That's not all, as Lucasfilm will also rerelease the original
1977 Star Wars: A New Hope to celebrate the franchise's
50th anniversary. A newly restored version of the film will
play in theaters from February 19, 2027, for a limited time.
The company did not reveal what improvements have been made
    to the restored version.

The film's original release did not have the subtitle "A New
Hope". Since its release, the original theatrical version has
been screened very rarely. In the years after it came out,
Lucas famously made alterations to the film, with the updated
version being the one most fans are familiar with. The 2027
rerelease will give fans a restored version of the film in
    theaters.
