For the traditional Jedi, their "home" is the Jedi Temple on Coruscant
and they do not have many personal possessions. Mainly just they
lightsaber, a few simple clothes, and whatever equipment they may need.

Obi-Wan of course had his small home on Tatooine when he was in hiding.
Some of the other hiding Jedi would also have had similar places.

Basically, yes, although The Force is not a religion (even if some
people do stupidly put "Jedi" as their religion on their country's
census forms).

Because most Jedi are broght to the Temple as younglings, they do not
have usually possesions from their families, etc. Anything they do have
would be necessary equipment and perhaps some small mementos.
