Star Wars Episode XIII
'The Battle of the Raven Cloud Nebulae'
The Raven Cloud Nebulae is a concentrated Nebulae of Stars, Asteroids & Comets in Space with a lot of various gas elements and many worlds of hardy inhabitants. It is a key sector in space, and Rey needs control of this in her wars against the powers of the Rebellion who are defying her 'New Empire'. Poe Dameron and Finn are the heads of the Rebellion forces, who are controlling more and more systems in the galaxy, and the powers are growing to defy the Empire. In the Senate on New Coruscant, the Empire and the Rebellion have tentative truces at work where they fight it out politically, but it is agreed that they martial forces and battle for dominion in the galaxy to prove themselves that they are the power to be respected. Rey has argued this strongly with the Rebellion powers and states, and while she has left the young Jedi movement behind her, she observes them under their new fledgling leaders who are attempting to find their way, mainly guided by Finn who is gradually becoming stronger in the Force. He is no Jedi - it is not really claimed. But he has strength in the force, and Rey and Finn run into each other often in the hallways of New Coruscant Senate Buildings, were they argue it out, and press their case for their own authority. Finn says the Empire is despicable and it is no surprise she shows her grandfathers audacity, but she denies this somewhat and says the Dark Side is not evil. It has its own agenda and is misunderstood, but Finn does not fall for this.
The focus is on the Raven Cloud Nebulae, were Wedge Skywalker and his father and grandfather have founded a Space Station, were they can observe the Nebulae from a distance. 'It is a battleground for the next phase of the workings of the Force,' says Anakin.
'The Circle has much to do, it seems,' says Luke.
'Skywalkers have much to do,' said Wedge.
'We observe,' said Anakin. 'We observe and intercede if necessary.'
'And on what side do we intercede?' queries Wedge.
'It is not the way of an enlightened Jedi or Sith, experienced in the force, to challenge the will of the force. This struggle has a purpose, and it is experience, and it is experience for a world which is ultimately better,' said Anakin. 'This might not always be what people think, for happiness in life does not mean there is no danger and no excitement and no fear. Without those things boredom and blandness enters in, and people get slack with no challenge to them to make them better.'
'The iron sharpens iron in the old duellings,' said luke, sitting down to observe the nebulae.
'Whatever,' replied Wedge, picking up a lightsaber from a bench.
The Battle does come to the Raven Cloud Nebulae by the end of the movie, and the Skywalkers observe, but make no great intercession. This is a test case in many ways, a game of strategy and chess between the Rebellion and the Empire, to gain ground and build their dominion, playing the line carefully to ensure they are consistent with their agendas, and not let the new third power which is emerging take control more than what is currently happening. And that new third power is growing in strength, ready to play more and more cards in the game.
