CsiPh doesn't recognize or carry Alt.English.Usage

------- Both these sites let me switch easily between views.
(raw source (fixed-width font), etc. )

They are both great, with some minor differences...

e.g.-- this one (CsiPh) doesn't let me do Rot13 easily?

CsiPh seems faster.--(reminds me of MSDOS) (its text-Gui)

I like how it (CsiPh) preserves my white spaces
(indentations) by default
