My SeaMonkey Browser will not handle some YouTube Videos .... No
problem, I'll just use Firefox 151 or whatever version.

But I get ads ... no problem, just wait the six seconds and bypass ....
No Wait, I want that device (Pulse, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar meter)
but when I click on the ad, FF tells me it is blocking the Web-site
cause it thinks it is suss!!

My sister, who uses IE/Edge or Whatever for her Browsing has purchased
one of these devices without a problem ..... so how can I turn off (temporarily) this blocking function in FF so I can purchase my Blood
    Pressure device, please??

In FF, try settings > permissions and data > block pop-ups and
third-party redirects and uncheck the box for block pop-ups and
    third-party redirects

Then close FF, reopen it, return to the web site in question and look at
the left side of the address box for a shield symbol. Left click on the shield, move the mouse down to the clear cookies and site data and clear
that. Reload the web page and see if you can successfully get to the
site you are seeking. Don't know if it will work but its worth a try.

Also, make sure you have any and all privacy and other ad-blocking
add-ons disabled when you try it. Hope it works for you. Otherwise,
just use one of the other browsers you already know will work for this
    one web site.

You have to ask yourself: do I /really/ want this blood pressure device
or am I going to look for one myself, comparing reviews, prices and what
    not?

I was thinking more along the lines of her mailing a link for the one
    she bought.

My doctor suggested (the word is inadequate) I get a device to measure
my blood pressure, a specific device. He suggested (correct word this
    time) Amazon.
A few days later I was in town and saw that a local box store had a
special offer on these devices, but none were visible and neither were
    any staff.
Another couple of days later I checked in again. BINGO, cheaper than
Amazon and no need to hold my nose.

The OP could do that, but as that link most likely goes to the same website that the OP can't visit because FF has it blocked ...

Another couple of days later I checked in again. BINGO, cheaper than

And you could also see (inspect) what you where buying. I agree, much
    better.

FF gives you the option to proceed if you take the risk!. Did you not
see this when you clicked on the 'Advance' button? FF never blocks
anything completely otherwise it won't be useful for anybody.

Alternatively uncheck the box shown in this image:

    <https://postimg.cc/5jBhjqwR> <https://i.postimg.cc/zD68tx38/2026-09-15-06-45-01.png>

Both images are the same so try only one that works for you.

imgur is blocked for UK users so I don't use it anymore.

click on the Help and next troubleshoot mode.
It will restart a "clean" FF and until now I can visit sites who gives
problems trying to visit or even show nothing at all with my set of
    add-on's.

I've been testing my Blood Sugars for about 40 years .... and only

I was thinking more along the lines of her mailing a link for the one

My doctor suggested (the word is inadequate)

    Maybe you meant he "Advised!!".

I get a device to measure my blood pressure, a specific device.

Yeap, I've seen those Blood Pressure Monitors advertised as well, but
this one specifically mentioned Blood Sugars.

He suggested (correct word this time) Amazon.

Strangely, I hadn't thought of Amazon .... or eBay!!

A few days later I was in town and saw that a local box store had a
special offer on these devices, but none were visible and neither
    were any staff.

Maybe the Staff were all out the back, testing themselves. ;-P

Another couple of days later I checked in again. BINGO, cheaper than
Amazon and no need to hold my nose.

Bugger! After setting up a new Password at eBay (it's been a while) they discovered I'm using a different computer (like I typed, it's been a
while) .... so I'll get back to them .... and you.

    Thanks.

Get it from a more reputable source.

I got mine through a local pharmacy. TheyrCOve got the Hato Hone/St John branding on them, so if the ambulance service thinks theyrCOre a quality product, IrCOm happy to accept that. ;)

I checked my Local Pharmacy (township pop approx 6,000 so not a big
