First time using an Apple computer. :-)
Somehow my userChrome file doesn't work on my new iMac OS Tahoe v.26.5
    Firefox 150.0.3.
What I have done is copy the file from my Win10 computer to the iMac xxxx.default-release profile folder with no joy.
What am I doing wrong here?

    TIA for the help.

I don't use a mac so I asked if one worked the same as a windows version:

Yes, the core Firefox setup is identical on a Mac, but finding and
naming files requires a few specific steps due to macOS behavior.

    Key Differences on a Mac
File Extensions: Mac text editors often hide extensions or force rich text. Menu Paths: Standard Firefox keyboard shortcuts use Cmd instead of Ctrl.

    Step-by-Step Mac Adjustments

    1. Enable the Config Setting. Go to about:config and flip toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true.
    2. Create the Chrome Folder
    Go to about:support in Firefox.
Click Show in Finder next to the Profile Folder entry.
Right-click, choose New Folder, and name it exactly chrome.
    3. Create the CSS File Correctly
Mac's default TextEdit app can accidentally break your code. Follow
    these steps to prevent that:
Open TextEdit.Press Cmd + Shift + T to convert the document to plain text.
Save the file inside your new chrome folder.
    Name it exactly userChrome.css.
Uncheck the box that says "If no extension is provided, use .txt".
Fully restart Firefox using Cmd + Q (clicking the red 'X' window button
does not fully close the app).
